Schedule a Consultation
Set up a free 15-minute consultation with me, Kelly! During this phone or video call, we’ll have a chance to meet, answer any questions, and decide together if we’re a good fit.Complete Your Paperwork
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you a link to my secure client portal. There, you’ll find:Forms to establish our therapist-client relationship.

Schedule Your First Session
Once your paperwork is complete, we’ll work together to find a time for your initial session.Prepare for Your Virtual Session
You will receive a secure link about an hour before the session. Just click the link to join our confidential video call.Attend Your First Session
Your first session will be 60 minutes, allowing us to dive into your goals and discuss scheduling or administrative questions. Future sessions will be 50 minutes.Set Up Payment
After your first session, I’ll send you a link to securely set up payment. You only need to do this once—moving forward, your sessions will be automatically charged to the debit, credit, or HSA card you provide.Celebrate Your Courage
