  • Do you take insurance?

    At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Be sure to check with your provider about their out-of-network benefits.

  • Can I reach out between sessions?

    Yes, within reason. For scheduling or administrative questions, email is best. If something significant comes up, we may choose to schedule an ad-hoc session to address it.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Stuff comes up, I get it! I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. One late cancellation will be excused, after your first late cancellation or missed appointment, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

  • What if I feel nervous about starting therapy?

    It’s completely normal to feel nervous! Taking this step toward deeper inner-knowing is courageous! I’m here to co-create a space where you are heard, supported, and can show up authentically you, nerves and all!

  • Do you work with kids, teens, couples, or families?

    I work with teens on a case by case basis. I love working with teens who are excited about therapy!

    At this time I do not work with families, couples, or kids.

  • How long does therapy take?

    Therapy is a personal journey, and the timeline varies for each person. Some clients work on short-term goals over a few months, while others engage in therapy for deeper, longer-term exploration. We’ll regularly assess your progress to ensure therapy meets your needs.
