50-minute sessions
$125
We will customize frequency of sessions based on your needs. Typically, clients choose to meet weekly or every-other week.
80-minute sessions
$190
Sometimes, especially during the EMDR reprocessing phase, longer sessions can be beneficial. Some clients choose to meet every-other week for 80-minutes, rather than once a week.
Sliding Scale
$90-120
I reserve a select number of sliding scale spots based on household income. While availability varies, please feel free to reach out to inquire or request a brief application.
Insurance
I accept Kaiser and United insurance.
If you choose to pay out of pocket, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment Options
I use a service called IVY Pay. When it’s time, IVY will send you a one-time link via text where you can securely link a credit card, debit card, or HSA card for payment. Payment is processed automatically after each session.
Where we meet
We’ll meet in-person at my office in Arvada, Colorado. Alternately, we can meet virtually from the comfort of your own home through a secure telehealth platform.
